Spectroscopy, Terahertz time-domain (THz-TDS) to the classification of blueberries according to its state of maturity
To investigate the potential of spectroscopy in the time domain of Teraherzios to classify states of maturity of fruits, you will examine the spectra of Teraherzios (0.5–10 THz) of 4 states of maturity of blueberries. The arrays of data acquired will be subject to the application of Classification learner of MATLAB 2019b using a 24 models classifiers.
